You agree not to misuse the platform. That includes spamming, hacking, or otherwise acting like a digital delinquent.

3. Earnings & Payouts

All earnings are in satoshis. We reserve the right to pause, delay, or reverse payouts if abuse or fraud is suspected.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

To protect the integrity of our platform and comply with legal requirements, Adtoshi collects and stores certain information about your account, device, and usage. This may include:

• IP address and approximate location
• Device and browser information
• Login timestamps and history
• Actions you take on the platform
• Ad interactions and payouts

In some cases, advanced device fingerprinting (such as canvas or WebGL hashes) may be used for fraud prevention after you complete identity verification (KYC). We will always disclose when this occurs.
